My auto loan is current with about $800 in equity and I plan to continue to make my regular payments outside of the Chapter 13 plan. Should I include my lender in the creditor mailing matrix?

ok so the Northern District of Illinois in the local rules has the following:

"RULE 1007-1 COMPUTER READABLE LISTS OF CREDITORS
In all voluntary cases filed under the Bankruptcy Code filed by parties other than pro se
debtors, the petition for relief shall be accompanied...

I am planning to reaffirm my car loan and adding the lienholder info on The Statement of Intentions.
Question: Am I required to also add the car lienholder to the Mailing Matrix?
