I had two lawsuits filed against me prior to my filing bk. One creditor had a judgement against me, and was trying to garnish my wages. (my employer informed me of this by letter). The other lawsuit was new.

First off, I am fililing chapter 7 soon, but in the mean time a few of my cards are hitting the 120 day mark of no payment, a few our over 10k+; 4 to be exact, 2 with Citi; 2 with Chase chase is less than 5k. BofA 13k+; Discover 13K+.

I am filing soon and need to prepare all my debts for the lawyer. Whats the best place to find all my debts? My credit report? Will they all be on there?

I have maybe 30 cards I'm in debt too and about 30 for 2 businesses.

Not technically a judgment...I filed just after I received a summons, and before a court date was set for the judgment. I sent the creditor, and the courthouse, an answer stating the date on which I was filing, and my attorney contact info.
