I live in OH. I have a previous ch. 7 bk that was filed 8-05-2005.
My question is, can I file a petition now to make installment payments, and then by august, I would have the installments paid off, and be ok? Or do I have to wait until 8-05-2013 before I can even file a request to pay the filing...

During my Ch 7 ordeal, the Trustee seems to go for every penny he can get from me. I already gave him $800, he still wants around $1,800 more for different reasons.

Does anyone know whether paying the filing fee for a Chapter 7 in installments has any effect on the date of the 341 hearing?

I'd want to file a few days before I'll have the entire fee to get things going and would prefer the wait for the 341 hearing not to be prolonged.
