Our discharge was 10/07. I've noticed on our credit reports half of the creditors are still reporting on discharged accounts as recently as June, 2010. The status is listed as Included In Bankruptcy or chapter 7 bankruptcy, but report dates are June 2010 and March 2009. Plus, balances are blank instead...
