I've got two months left in my 60 month chapter 13 plan and I'm really looking forward to buying a house. My mortgage guy thinks he can get a conventional loan since my income, job history, and credit score are pretty good. BK Discharge Letter/Forms to underwriters
I am suppose to close on a house next week with NationStar Mortgage(I am 2.5 years out of chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge). They are requiring me to submit my discharge papers. That's not a problem. So the time has come for me to buy a new place to live. I have no debt, rebuilt my fico pretty well, it's a 756 now and own my 2 cars out right and have savings.
