My 341 hearing was held 11/10. On January 14, 2011 the UST filed a motion to dismiss based upon my income after bankruptcy case filed and my ability to repay all of my debt in a chapter 13 instead of a chapter 7.

I checked on pacer tonight and discoovered that another one of my creditors...

I filed chapter 7 bk 10/13/10 personally and included debt from my LLC which I also closed. At the time of filing I had to turn over some cash that is now under the trustee's control. On Friday, I received a motion to dismiss from the UST for abuse. I am considered a person with high income potential....

I did a search and I didn't find what I'm asking. I hope its not a repost...I'm new to the site. My husband and I filed Chpt 13 back in April. He is now being offered a job overseas that will pay quite a bit more than what he's making now. We want to know what happens if he takes the job. Will our bankruptcy...

Oh what a year it's been. I'm seeking opinions on my course of action. Sorry if this is a bit long for a first post...
