Hello justbroke and others. It’s been a while. Not a whole lot has happened other than the trustee asking for a plan modification to include step up payments after a 401k loan is paid off in 2025. My first confirmation meeting scheduled for next week. Is it possible to get the plan approved on...

just a bundle of nerves...... and I need a bit of a vent!!! (or is it that I want .. see learning!!)

I know that the trustee is not our "friend" but sheesh... she has given me a rough ride! She took into consideration a huge tax refund that I had last year, bumped my payment...

341 hearing 14 September
Confirmation Date 6 October
Objection to discharge Date 18 October
Deadline to file proof of claim 15 November

I had thought that once plan was confirmed no one else could object?
Can anyone shed some light please!

Plan in error, shows payments to unlisted creditors, and omits abandonment of contractual creditor, i.e., car payment. Can I simply file and serve an amended plan as well as an amended creditor's list?
