It looks as though my case was confirmed today. However, what does this actually mean? I assume it means that my plan is set for the next 5 years. Is this true? If confirmation was given by the judge, does this mean that my payment cannot change? I do not want to "celebrate" until I am...

2nd Confirmation today.. Crap Lawyer/Rough Trustee = Bag O' Nerves!
just a bundle of nerves...... and I need a bit of a vent!!! (or is it that I want .. see learning!!)

Confirmation timeline?
I filed my case on August 10, 2009; the 341 meeting was on September 25, and I've made five on-time payments since I filed. Is it normal for the case to still not be confirmed? I see many folks on here have their plans confirmed within a few months of filing - I'm almost at double the average time...

Can I Amend Plan before Confirmation Hearing Date?
Plan in error, shows payments to unlisted creditors, and omits abandonment of contractual creditor, i.e., car payment. Can I simply file and serve an amended plan as well as an amended creditor's list?

Notice of Intent to Pay Claims
I just received a copy from my trustee a form "Notice of Intent to Pay Claims" which says I am current and which creditors have been paid so far.
At the bottom of the page there is a note that states: AS OF JULY 31, 2009, YOUR BANKRUPTCY PLAN IS INFEASIBLE BY $XX,XXXX.00 ...

My plan was confirmed last week! Now what?
My 100 percent plan was confirmed last Wednesday.
Since one of the 30 creditors added attorney's fees (I was part of a lawsuit prior to filing.) The trustee upped my monthly payment $40 bucks.
