We just had our 341 meeting Wednesday and Friday someone pulled out in front of me and smashed the front end of my truck. It's still driveable but their insurance is going to pay to have it fixed. Since it's not totaled should I tell my lawyer about it? Any money is going to go to have it fixed and...

Sued for a car accident after Chapter 7 was filed but before discharge

We just received notice we are being sued for a car accident that occurred after we filed chapter 7 BK, but before our discharge. Is this covered under the BK?
