Just got back from 341 hearing today, trustee asked me if we had any recent balance transfers, I told her yes we transferred 6500.00 on July 11th 2009 (I was trying to make a higher interest payment more managable until I realized I would have to file anyway) and filed chapter 7 on Aug 25th... -
