I have focused my practice on the challenges families face including adoption, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, bankruptcy, collaborative family law, conservatorships, custody, directives to physicians, divorce, domestic partnerships, elder issues, grandparent rights, guardianships, mediation, parenting time, paternity, prenuptial agreements, probates,trusts, visitation and wills. I limit the number of cases I accept to insure each client is given the personal attention their case deserves. I am trained in collaborative practice and have 30 years of experience in the courtroom. I have a psychology background and a network of mental and physical health care professionals and expert witnesses, available to my clients and their families.
