Mr. Gregory graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Finance degree in 2001. After graduation, Mr. Gregory enjoyed work as a Financial Analyst for American Airlines and as a Field Auditor for Transamerica. While Mr. Gregory enjoyed being employed in the Financial field, Mr. Gregory believed he had a different calling in life to practice law. Mr. Gregory was admitted to the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003, and graduated in only 2 ½ years (the fastest a student is permitted to graduate from law school). During his time in law school, Mr. Gregory was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Sarah Day Smith in Tulsa County, Licensed Legal Intern for the Boesche Legal ClinicâOlder American Law Project, and a Licensed Legal Intern for the Tulsa County District Attorneyâs Office. During his time as a Licensed Legal Intern for Judge Sarah Smith and the Tulsa County District Attorneyâs Office, Mr. Gregory had the opportunity to observe many different types of Court actions first hand. From Personal Injury trials to 1st Degree Murder trials, Mr. Gregory was able to learn many trial techniques from some of the finest Attorneyâs practicing in the State of Oklahoma today. In addition to Court observations, Mr. Gregory was heavily involved in the Tulsa County Drug Court Program as well as the Mental Health Docket during his time with Judge Smith.As a Licensed Legal Intern for the Tulsa County District Attorneyâs Office, Mr. Gregory received a special Full License to Practice Law for the District Attorneyâs Office from the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Due to his full license, Mr. Gregory was handed the responsibility for prosecuting Misdemeanor and Felony cases as well as the prosecution of parents alleged to have Deprived their children. Upon graduation from Law School, and being admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Mr. Gregory accepted full time employment as an Assistant district Attorney with the Tulsa County District Attorneyâs Office. Mr. Gregory gained invaluable Trial Court experience as well as fundamentals of law practice while acting as a Prosecutor for Tulsa County.Mr. Gregory now focuses his practice on representation of people seeking help with Criminal Law, Bankruptcy Law and Social Security Disability benefits. Mr. Gregory feels very passionate about these particularly areas of law and has chosen to direct his attention and time to helping people who are under emotional and financial stress. Recent news coverage has highlighted that most Oklahomans could not withstand any significant financial hardships for more than a few months before they could find themselves of needing financial assistance. Mr. Gregory desires to be there for people as they face extremely stressful times in their lives.
