Mr. Goodin has represented debtors and creditors in all types of bankruptcy proceedings since 2002 (including consumer and business chapter 7 cases, Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 13 and Chapter 12 farm cases). Outside of bankruptcy, Mr. Goodin frequently represents clients in the area of probate proceedings, estate administration, guardianships and other civil litigation matters.Originally from Okmulgee, Mr. Goodin currently resides in Moore, with his wife Erin. Matt and Erin have five children, and attend St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Goodin is a youth, three style wrestling coach, certified through USA Wrestling (NCEP Bronze level) and the National Federation of State High School Associations (National Certified Interscholastic Coach). He currently serves as USA Wrestling’s Safe Sport Coordinator for the state of Oklahoma, and a board member of OKUSA Wrestling. Mr. Goodin also volunteers for Make-A-Wish, Saint Vincent De Paul Society, and he is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
