Chris is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was awarded the Judge John W. Peck Trial Practice Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy. As a member of UC Law’s Trial Practice Team, Chris won the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association’s Regional Trial Practice Competition in 2017 and in 2016. Chris was also involved with UC Law’s Moot Court Team. Through these experiences, Chris has developed a sharp advocacy skill set and a strong will to be an exceptional legal advocate for his clients.Prior to joining Shur Law, Chris worked in business and real estate. Chris has also worked as a Staff Attorney to the Honorable Judge Melissa Powers in the Hamilton County Juvenile Court. This experience helped him gain insight and understanding of various issues of family law. Chris is passionate about helping his clients with their legal needs in arduous family matters.Chris lives in Over-the-Rhine in Downtown Cincinnati. He enjoys being active, hiking in the great outdoors, playing sports, and CrossFit training. Chris loves going to Cincinnati Reds games, concerts, music festivals, and exploring the city.
