Keen Ellsworth, is an AV Preeminent Rated attorney and the founder of the law firm of Ellsworth & Bennion, Chtd. He has been practicing law for over 20 years as a litigator in the fields of real estate and land use, business and corporate law, construction, personal injury, commercial and real property disputes, labor/union law, general business law, asset protection/trust law, contracts, probate law, general civil litigation, family law, and transactional law. Mr. Ellsworth is an arbitrator and has served in over 150 cases. Mr. Ellsworth served as a mediator on the Foreclosure Mediation Panel, which was created by the Nevada Legislature to help deal with the foreclosure crisis facing many of Nevada’s residents and financial institutions.
