Why I became a Real Estate and Probate Attorney focusing on Protecting People’s Future Today:Since founding the firm, I’ve had the pleasure of working with countless families. I take my job as a counselor very serious and take great pride in assisting the families that walk through our doors. Every day, I strive to become a better practitioner and to offer more options and better advice to clients. This makes me very happy and it is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.My partners are two dedicated individuals who truly compliment me, and both have similar ethical and moral character. They are passionate about their work and in the end, this ends up benefiting clients the most. Often our clients’ issues touch on two or more of our practice areas and we can provide comprehensive advice without involving outside counsel. Seeing the positive impact, we have on entire families, and how the result of my work leads to a better life for many is very rewarding.I went to law school later in life. I attended college/law school during my 30s and 40s. I am the son of immigrants, a farmer and a homemaker, and as an immigrant myself, becoming a lawyer was not something that seemed possible. I started college in 2002 with the purpose of furthering my corporate career. After my college graduation, I decided to continue my education and attend law school. It was thanks to the support I received from my family and friends that I decided to take a hard look at law school. In hindsight, this was one of the best decisions of my life and it allowed me to exit the corporate hamster wheel and pursue my true passion.During my time in college, I also got involved with social justice issues. I joined an advocacy organization called the Latino Coalition of New Jersey, of which I am still a member, and worked on issues relating to immigration and civil rights. My work for this organization was eye-opening and the catalyst that propelled me to attend law school.
