There are ample legal protections in place – North Carolina is a very consumer-friendly state – and I want to explore every possibility which will be an advantage to my client. I sue abusive debt collectors for harassment, and I advise and defend people facing debt collection lawsuits. I also have a wealth of experience with guardianships, having served as a Guardian ad Litem for Wake County guardianship hearings for over six years.
