Likewise, if you are facing foreclosure, and want to pursue the bank – I am your man.I try to avoid litigation, where possible, especially if the client has an on-going relationship with the potential plaintiff or defendant. However, I am more than happy to to take a matter to a jury, and have participated in a number of trials, including before a jury.I am willing to handle business litigation matters on very short notice, particularly those involving attachments or injunctions.I also serve as a resource for start-up businesses, providing counseling surrounding incorporation, contracting, employee relationships, and basic intellectual property issues.I started my practice after having attended the evening program at Suffolk University Law School.
