Ryan Williams joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates in 2009 and works out of the Atlanta office handling all Chapter 13 matters that arise before Chief Judge Bihary. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and his J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
