He joins us as “Of Counsel” and is experienced in bankruptcy, collections, loan modification, debt negotiation, and foreclosure. Mr. McMahon earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and went on to attend St. Thomas University, where he received his J.D. and graduated with honors. From 1990-1992 and again 1993-1999, Mr. McMahon practiced law as a clerk for bankruptcy judges. A native of Palm Beach County, Mr. McMahon has continued to practice law for nearly 25 years in Palm Beach and Broward County, where he specializes in representing individuals and businesses in all areas of bankruptcy law. Throughout his extensive legal career, Mr. McMahon has represented, individuals, banks, creditors, and businesses. Mr. McMahon firmly believes that each and every client is unique, which is why he takes the time to personally discuss his client’s financial situation and then work with them to determine the best approach. When Mr. McMahon is not practicing law, he enjoys volunteering within the community and serving as a lector and Eucharistic Minister at St. Jude Church in Boca Raton.
