Erin, a Jacksonville native, earned her Bachelor of Arts at Flagler College, magna cum laude, in Saint Augustine, Florida, studying Communication with an emphasis in media production, Pre-Law, and Spanish Language. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude with pro bono honors, at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She is admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida for the United States District Court, and is a member of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association.
