The process of choosing an attorney is an important one and can be confusing. You simply want to know if you can trust me to handle your legal issue. You want to know if you’ll make a personal connection and not feel like another face in the crowd; whether I can meet you where you are and truly understand your needs. Some attorneys go directly from high school to college, on to law school, then into practice. There isn’t necessarily anything wrong with that; it’s been a successful route for more than a few. However, that overlooks the value of life experience gained from a path less traveled. Before practicing law, I enlisted in the Air Force, then earned a Master of Public Administration at Florida State University and interned at the Florida Senate President’s Office. Upon graduating, I received a commission in the Air Force as a healthcare administrator, which brought me back to Vandenberg, then to Elmendorf AFB, in Anchorage, Alaska. Currently, I serve in the Air Force Reserve. I’ve lived on the Central Coast for a total of more than 10 years now. One of the charming aspects of living in Lompoc, and on the Central Coast generally, is it’s a collection of small communities. Unlike in the big cities to our north and south, where people get lost in a sea of traffic, I see my clients in the grocery store, the gas station, sporting events, and the hardware store. I understand this community and can work together with you to achieve your goals. At the Law Office of Robert E. Traylor, you’ll get service specifically tailored to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all product. I have resources that allow me to streamline processes, stay engaged with clients, and keep abreast of changes in the law. Regardless of the reason you need an attorney, I look forward to hearing from you.
