I have had over 30 years’ experience in counseling and representing clients in estate planning, probate, conservatorship, and bankruptcy matters. I have also represented hundreds of clients in family law cases. My practice is first of all to listen to the client and help to clarify the client’s issues and provide useful information. My goal is to help my clients resolve their issues in a cost-effective, efficient and compassionate manner. I find that clients experience an enormous sense of relief after they have obtained the information they need to deal with their legal issues and take positive steps based on sound advice.
