David Mercer is an attorney at AZ 3D Law. He is also the President and Secretary of the corporation. David received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He received his Juris Doctor (Summa Cum Laude) from Arizona Summit Law School and received his LL.M. from Arizona State University. David is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, and is also admitted to the United States District Court – District of Arizona. During his time in law school, David volunteered with the Probate Lawyers Assistance Project (PLAP) and served as an Advanced Clinic Student in the Family Law and Bankruptcy clinics. His volunteering and clinic work convinced David that there was a dire need for affordable legal services. David noticed that, while there were some free legal assistance programs in Arizona, most of them were either geared toward individuals with incomes below 125% of the federal poverty level or were not designed to offer full-scale legal representation. Plenty of people didn’t qualify for those services, and were left to fend for themselves when they needed legal help. Ultimately, David decided to found AZ 3D Law to help bridge the “justice gap” and make legal services more affordable. When he isn’t practicing law, David is an avid gamer, and is a fan of several TV shows (currently: Westworld and Game of Thrones). David also likes to practice his cooking, especially when he gets to pair a good wine with his food (he really likes local Arizona wines).
