Collins received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and then his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He was a visiting student at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law for his last semester of law school. Jonathan has been a member, in good standing, of the State Bar of Arizona since 2003. He is also licensed to practice law before all Federal Courts of the State of Arizona. Jon has been a law clerk for a trial judge in the State of Oklahoma and has assisted on cases before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court dealing with family law issues. He is an attorney who practices in multiple areas of the law to serve his clients needs. He handles complex family law cases which include divorce, legal separation, paternity, custody, child support, spousal maintenance (alimony), adoption, severance, dependency, and orders of protections. In addition to family law matters, he also works with clients in the areas of probate, wills, trusts, and estate planning, consumer bankruptcy, and debt reduction. Having knowledge and experience in all of these fields, he has been able to provide multiple resources to clients in helping them with any difficulty they face. As for his past experience, he began his legal career as a Process Server while completing his undergraduate work at Arizona State University. While in Law School, he worked as a legal assistant, paralegal, and then an intern. Although he has been practicing in Arizona since 2003, his legal experience in this field includes many more years at all levels. He has always felt that to be successful, one must learn any business from the ground up. He believes in being direct and honest as that will always bring about the best results.
