Brent McMullen grew up in the Metroplex where he graduated from Nimitz High School. Brent received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. While attending Southwestern University he was a member of the collegiate baseball team. Upon completion of his under-graduate degree he worked with Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison where he found his passion for the practice of law. Brent then attended Texas A&M Law School. While at Texas A&M Law School Brent was a public interest law fellow, teaching assistant, and American Constitution Society President. In addition to his Juris Doctorate, Brent McMullen also holds a business law certificate. Brent’s past work experience includes working in Parkland Hospital’s legal department, at the Dallas County Public Defender’s office and Williamson County Attorney’s Office. Brent has practiced in the areas of family law, criminal law, tax and estate planning, business formation and business litigation, contract negotiation, tort litigation, and commercial transactions. His primary focus now is on all aspects of family law including, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, child protective services, modifications, military divorces and adoptions.
