Jeremiah Raxter, is the founder and principal attorney of RAXTER LAW, P.A. Admitted to both the California State Bar and the United States District Court of the Central and Southern Districts, and a Certified Veterans Attorney with the Veterans Administration. Prior to entering law practice, Jeremiah was a National Sales Specialist with a large electronics company and a Law Enforcement Officer in Southern California. Currently, his practice is focused on Probate, Estate Planning, and Business Law. He represents businesses of all sizes everything from hair salons to governmental agencies. Jeremiah is one of the few attorneys that practices in all aspects of probate law from estate planning to probate litigation. Jeremiah is a Special Master with the State Bar of California, Law Professor in the subjects to Real Property, Ethics, and Wills/Trusts, and been an Expert Witness in Probate/Trust matters. As a respected speaker, Jeremiah conducts various classes and seminars to businesses and individuals. Jeremiah has presented classes to SCORE and is a SCORE business law instructor, presented seminars on Estate Planning issues, and is a regular contributor to legal publications and local newspapers. In addition to his work with the firm, Jeremiah is active in his local community. He has resided in the Menifee Area for over 40 years and performs discounted or pro bono legal services to various non-profits such as animal rescues, Free to Thrive, Blankets for Briana, and other similar types of organizations. He has served on the board of directors for Menifee Chamber of Commerce, Menifee Valley hospital, and Canine Support Teams.
