John W Christiansen has many places to call home; living in Arizona, California, Virginia, and Utah while growing up. After graduating from high school in Salt Lake City, Utah he attended Brigham Young University and studied communications and marketing. While at BYU, he was a member of the Deanâs advisory board and the Marriot School of Businessâ representative to the Student Advisory Council. Following graduation, he worked for an Inc. 500 company as a manager in the marketing department and doubled as a graphic designer.During law school, Mr. Christiansen received high marks including an S.J Quinney Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Honors Legal Fraternity. While in law school, he clerked in various positions which included the Tulsa County District Attorneyâs Office: Major Crimes Division, the Utah Attorney Generalâs Office: Criminal Division, Prosecution Council Section and the U.S. Department of Justice: U.S. Attorneyâs Office. Mr. Christiansen also received the honor of being selected as a candidate in the 2010 U.S. Attorney Generalâs Honors Program
