Prior to co-founding Lopez & Wu, PLLC, Mr. Wu specialized in representing federal employees at the internationally recognized law firm of Passman & Kaplan. Mr. Wu has years of experience representing federal employees in discrimination cases at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and appeals at the Merit Systems Protection Board. Mr. Wu has also developed an expertise litigating private sector employment cases in federal court.During law school, Mr. Wu interned for EEOC Vice Chair Paul Igasaki, where he reviewed federal and private sector cases involving race, sex, disability, and age discrimination. Mr. Wu also worked as a law clerk at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard in New York City, where he also specialized in employment discrimination law.Mr. Wu is from Illinois and graduated from Northwestern University where he majored in Molecular Biology and minored in Art History. Before law school, Mr. Wu worked as a research fellow at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Wu graduated from Washington University School of Law in May 2003 where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Global Studies Law Review.
