Derick C. Villanueva is a solo-practice attorney and offers knowledgeable, experienced and aggressive legal counsel to individuals who have been seriously injured or killed in accidents through no fault of their own. Mr. Villanueva has worked hard to obtain favorable outcomes and results for his clients. Mr. Villanueva received his BA Magna Cum Laude from Emory Universtiy, JD and Masters from Syracuse University. Mr. Villanueva has earned the Martindale Hubbell Client Distinction Award, acceptance in The National Association of Distinguished Counsel Top One Percent, achieved an Excellent Rating in Avvo, acceptance in the Top 40 Under 40 by the American Society of Legal Advocates and Top 10 Under 40 by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Mr. Villanueva is an active duty reserve officer in the United States Navy and has served aboard the USS Mt. Whitney (LCC-20) and deployed to Africa, the Middle East and Korea. Mr. Villanueva is a member of the Military/Veterans Section and volunteers his time supporting veterans rights groups and the Wounded Warrior Project.
