    I always miss everything...

    Hey...no biggie....

I don't know what was said, but whatever it was...I'm a big girl & I did what I did with the best of 'em...and...got out the other side & back to where I belong...that is the key of life...a little ledzepplinish...(In through the out door)...lol...

But, I've done what I can to get right...still have friends on the other side who actually cheer me on, even though they are not right...I've given some good inspiration along my path which makes me happy...if I can show just one person that there's more to life that a certain substance, then I've made a difference and am helping to change the world.

the new tires & the kids in the SUV was the best treat I could have over this weekend...we'll be testing those wheels a little bit later in the week!

That's a GREAT ATTITUDE, and you have come a long way in "straightening" out the problems you need too........

Glad to hear your kids were visiting, probably lots of hugs, kisses, and tears at the hello's........

It's not where you've been in life - it's where your headed down the road too in the future........

Have a blast with the kids, stay on your path for the future, and girl YOU WILL BE OKAY.................... you will be a SURVIVOR..............

      The best to ya,
      Minny

Back in Kansas City, our daughters became friends with a girl thru school and scouts. I eventually became friends with the Mom.

When we got to know them better, we learned a lot about them. Nasty divorce and custody battle forced the Mom into BK. They lived paycheck to paycheck. Then they found out a neighbor was a Peeping Tom, so they moved to a rental farmhouse out near us. That's when the girls really got close as friends. And I really got to know Mom even better.

Their old truck died on them and they HAD to get better more reliable transportation. Mom went to a "Buy Here, Pay Here" lot where she got cheated. But at least the car ran most of the time and didn't cost a minor fortune in gas. Then they got evicted. The old guy that owned the Farmhouse goes thru tenants like most people go thru underwear.

So they had to move. And the new place was mold infested. The Landlord didn't fix things. The toilet hadn't worked for months. She finally got the Landlord to fix it. But when his workman pulled the old toilet and put in the new one, the workman left the old toilet sitting in the hall. Wouldn't move it out of the house or haul it off. Son went one day to pick up the girls after a visit and he wound up carrying the old toilet out to the street. The trash company said they would take it for her if she could get it to the street.

I remember then telling Hubby at one point, "No one person can have that much bad luck. Some of it has to be self created." Boy was I wrong! We are living proof that it can happen to anyone. Cause the same sorts of things have been happening to us.

Sometimes life chooses for us and not the other way around.

Yup, what goes around usually comes around. I also heard it put this way, "Be careful the toes you step on today. . . they just might be connected with the behind you have to kiss tomorrow."

AMIS, you have a great attitude. Hang in there!!

          Peace,

Something about drug dealing, stuff like that. The thing is... Drug Dealers don't really go bankrupt, as long as they are still in business, right?

Jenny made some rather pointed, rude, uncalled for remarks about Amis' ability to parent her children.
