I was trying to apply for a new loan recently and I was called by a company called Friedman Lending Trust. I was a bit concerned about some of their terms and it seemed like a scam, so I walked from it. Anyone heard of these guys?

Never heard of 'em but, if you're not comfortable with the terms and conditions of the loan you did the right thing by walking away. -
