I try to be reassuring, but practical at the same time. I may even side with the Trustee/UST/creditor at various times, but it's to show how the process works and the intricacies of the bankruptcy code. I agree with LITR entirely. It is as much the village, as it is the village "council".

yes it it jb, i don't really know about what you said as seeming to side with the trustee as much as playing devil advocate which is really a vital part of one's strategic plan in how to proceed during their consideration of bk. i'm with you both it's as much a village as such, but it's nice we have such a pleasant group of mods working with the villiage

ps just a note to all the newbies i'm not trying to score cookie points here, all these mods know me well enough for that LOL!!!!!!

It's just who I am. There are others who are much better with soothing words than I am. It's interesting to see that that does come across at least to some extent in my virtual self.

seriously, you are here to help and guide and that's exactly what i read from you, with very kind firmness. some people that come to the sight need to soothed but the bottom line is they need the information you provide to help guide them through the tunnel. personally, for me i'd rather have the facts forget the sugar we are all very lucky to have such a great crew here really and sincerely i mean that. i did pretty good reading you through your words right??

LOL!!! we won $70 bucks the other day! i have never ever played in my life my dh likes to once in a while. of course if i knew them i think i might use them first, not that i don't love you or anything ROFL!! but you know, charity begins at home, however, i would most definitely invite you for an all expense paid trip to disney and you could come stay with us since we'd have a 10 bedroom house with a maid LOL!!
