Discover gave me 5% off for using the card online, and Amazon had a few things I've been wanting for a while at good discounts. But at least I did it from the comfort of my home without trampling anyone! The damage was barely into 3 digits.

me too, i finished up and got some excellent deals on monday. i got all free shipping...i did charge it ...but immediately went to the credit card site and pd it off.
certain helps to beat the crowds, i can't stand that and would never go out on black friday.8/4/2008

Actually the stores in my area weren't that bad. I got right up to a cashier at Kohl's without having to wait in line at all.Comment
