Stop the Win32 Trojan virus from running on your computer. Access the system’s Task Manager by simultaneously pressing the “Ctrl,” “Alt” and “Delete” keys. Click the “Processes” tab to view the processes currently running on the system; right-click any process that has “Win32” in the title and then click the “End Process” button.

Launch the computer’s registry editor. To launch, go to “Start > Run” or “Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run,” depending on your version of Windows. Type “regedit” in the “Run” box and press “Enter.” Expand the following folders: “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\ CurrenVersion\\Run” and delete the “rnd1” and “rnd2” keys by right-clicking each key and choosing “Delete.”

Go to the “AppData” folder on your computer. Try navigating to the folder through “Start > Computer > C: > Users > [username] > AppData.” If you do not see the “AppData” folder in a user’s folder, go to “Start > Computer” and type “Application data” into the search box. Right-click any file with a “.dll” extension in the search results and click the “Open file location” option to be taken into the proper folder.

Remove the Win32 Trojan virus files. The files that should be removed from the folder are: “svchosts.exe,” “taskmon.exe,” “rundll.exe,” “service.exe,” “sound.exe,” “upnpsvc.exe,” “lsas.exe,” “logon.exe,” “helper.exe,” “event.exe,” “dumpreport.exe” and “msiexeca.exe.” To remove, right-click each file and select “Delete.”

Search for all temporary files stored on the computer. To search for temporary files, go to the “Start” menu, click “Computer” and double-click the “C:” drive to open it. Enter “*.tmp” in the search box and hit “Enter” to search.

Delete all of the temporary files on the hard drive. Click the “Edit” menu and choose “Select all.” Press the “Delete” key and confirm that you want to delete the files.
