I just watch a short clip on youtube.com, about defending creditor lawsuits. It tells about creditor's hardly ever having the right documents to win the case in court. The guy who is giving this short firm also sell's a book how to defend yourself and win in a creditors lawsuit. It goes on to say how he has been a lawyer since 1989. I pretty much like what the guy has to say and it makes sense but, after a little bit more research, then I see where he has been disbarred...... interesting....

Seem's like there are alot of people out there trying to sell tapes and books on how to defend yourself against creditor's lawsuits.

There is actually quite a bit of truth to that. Legally speaking, only the original signed documents are acceptable when pursuing debts in court. Most creditors sell their loans after it is completed to settle their fractional reserve. However, people rarely if ever challenge them on those grounds and I don't know anyone who has personally won on that basis.
