Anyone considering themselves "Republican" or "conservative" and merely contemplating voting for Romney should have their head examined...
Good luck to us all.
No person in their right mind files a Ch. 13 with lien strip pro se. I have. Therefore, please consider me insane and clinically certifiable when reading my posts, and DO NOT take them as legal advice of any kind.Thank you.

Agreed!
It's ok in my book to be a "conservative" or "liberal" or better yet a libertarian or independent, but to show loyalty to the dem/republican party you are out of your mind to think this even matters anymore.
I saw one news article saying that Romney is taking the big Wall Street donors from Obama. That's what our election is really all about I guess. The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government

Considering oneself to be a "conservative" is perfectly fine. That's the boat I'm in on many issues.
Considering oneself "conservative" and contemplating giving Romney a vote...that's a whole another ballgame. That's where the need for head examination steps in...

Heck, I like all the loosers
The Youtube clip was very good. So, we get another 'rino' (as in McCain) into office?
I would love to vote for Ron Paul as to his fiscal policy, but I don't like his isolation policy in foreign policy and I believe he is a bit anti Semitic.
Herman Caine is/was my first choice. Newt is/was my second. Bachmen, then Perry and last but not least Romney.
So, it looks again like my vote will be for the lessor of the EVIL's. ABO!
What a shame the "machine" needles down 30 year old human errors until the poor fool quits for his sanity, and family, and even perhaps his life. Romney is a Socialist but I think lessor than what we have. Who took this Country down further today than if we lost the WWII war?
Nobama in 2012If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

I also am going to have to 'hold my nose' when I vote this Fall. Ugh! Herman was my man. I don't have second choice....Last edited by AngelinaCat; 01-08-2012, 07:56 AM."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."

I still do not understand what difference any of them will make now that we have an ever rising national debt which is at 15.2 trillion and will be around 16.7 by the time the next joker in chief gets sworn in.
They have to crash the economy (something they won't purposely do) in order to get the deficit down to a reasonable level.
Since most of the budget already is social security, medicare and medicaid no one will have the balls to cut these programs without the fear of a pitch fork up their @%&$!
Ron Paul who I like and will vote for if he happens to make it to the general election will not only not implement his programs due to lack of congressional and public support, but if he does implement them his life will be in danger.
Imagine being the leader that actually tells 312 million people we must take personally responsibility for our lives? That won't go over too well with many folks.
When JFK (the democrat) said,
"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country"
Not too many Americans (especially Obama supporters) would act upon this. The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government

Romney couldn't run the state of MA when he was governor. Therefore, it's difficult to understand why this guy thinks he'd be an effective President!?!?The information provided is not, and should not be considered legal advice. All information provided is only informational and should be verified by a law practioner whenever possible. When confronted with legal issues contact an experienced attorney in your state who specializes in the area of law most directly called into question by your particular situation.

As was stated on the debate on Meet the Press this morning Romney didn't seek re-election as Governor because he knew he was going to lose. Ron Paul exposed Newt on the ABC debate last night as an individual who wouldn't think twice about sending someone else's kids to war while he himself weaseled out of going to Vietnam claiming " I was married and was expecting a child.". Too funny when Ron Paul torched him by saying " I was married and I already had two children and I served." Newt may be highly qualified but in my opinion anyone who weaseled out of military service has no business being the Commander in Chief.
Not that it matters anyways as Barry the Messiah wins re-election in a land slide.

Same deal when the Rep's threw in Robert Dull, and then McCain. I would have gladly voted for his VP, but not him. Anyone But Obama.

They have taken responsibility. Social security, medicare and medicaid are paid for with our payroll deductions. The other stuff such as Defense is not paid for. Do you really think that one on SS can pay a $20,000 annual medicare premium out of pocket?

Good luck to us all.
We just finished 8 years of Republican "conservatism" wherein Bush pretty much got everything he wanted and the result was the biggest economic meltdown in over 60 years that we are still suffering from.
The Republicans are hell bent on continuing the same course Bush set that brought the disaster. There is nothing "conservative" about taking a budget surplus and deciding to pass huge tax cuts to create deficits. There is nothing conservative about using up all of our natural resources without concern for the environment.
The number one problem facing our country today is the continuing income disparity. Today 400 families have more wealth than the bottom 150 million. 6 members of the Walton family have more wealth than 1/3rd of the people.
Mitt Romney wants to do away with inheritance tax, why? -- It will personally save his family over $100 million. Greed has taken over and the Republican party has become a wholly owned subsidiary of corporations. I am amazed how easily they are so able to manipulate people through the tea party, religion, bigotry and fear. The video about Romney's flip flops are the least of our concerns.

Fortunately, the tax cuts worked and we had a nicely expanding economy from 2003 to 2006 - until the liberal Dems took control of the congress and the Senate. The decline was shifted into overdrive in 2008, and has snowballed since.

If you want to see Romney in action go to MSNBC News and read "Romneys skeleton in the Bain closet" about his career as a corporate raider who cost steelworkers their pensions and healthcare.
