Sunshine- I'd trade it all if it could be 1965 for one day and me fidgeting in Cain Sloan in Green Hills shopping Plaza in Nashville waiting for my mother to try dresses and then eating in the Cain Sloan restaurant upstairs. There isn't an asset in the world i would keep if it meant seeing her alive for one day (she died in '69). Photo's, my little Necktie bottle for paper clips that my son made me 12 years ago, the water pistol the kids bought me and all the other items in my nightstand are the real things of value. they are what i have ready to go for a hurricane along with important papers. I would not sell one memory of my boys growing up for any amount of money. There isn't enough to buy their lives. Screw this net worth business. I will respond to it because we have dealt with Lightning under to many names and wherever he pops up I've promised to pipe in long ago.

How could you a memory like an eight year old telling his five year old brother that his freshly painted Ceramic Turkey (Sunday School) was a cookie and then seeing the face and mouth of the five year old covered in brown paint!

Or my middle son at 5 years old telling me "Daddy I teached a Frog to swim" and then finding the frog floating upside down in your bathroom sink. Or going through toy checks before Church on Sunday only to find out ten years later how the three boys fooled you. Or a three year old demanding to go to "Nerstal Sthtudois". "I wanna go da Nerstal Sthtudios"! In the end of life, those assets will matter.

I have been so blessed in life, my screw ups were my fault. I have been triply abundantly blessed in family, sons and even employment. I can't fathom unemployment, that has to be so hard. Yes I've accrued some assets but it can all be gone in a moment. Easily. It's like i always say when someone says this or that will never happen. "You must be nuts, no ones gonna fly a plane into the World Trade Center". Assets have their place, but there is a time when they mean nothing.

Lightnings inquiry was meant to demean, not a serious question. He is not going to have ANY freedom here to put folks down. I will respond every time he pathetically pops up. There are people in here teetering on the brink and they are not gonna get pushed off the edge by anyone while i am here.

Robivi - Lightening used to have a FEW interesting points of view about things once in awhile, but these new alias are just about a nasty attitude. It isn't like he shouldn't be used to being kicked out of places or banned here. You would think if he wanted to belong he would attempt to follow the rules & play pretty once in awhile.....

He is a flaming stupid and bitter person. The problem is that desperate newbies come along and he takes their questions and draws them into defending themselves. Not here, not him. I know his MO and I'll hang around as long as needed. Single mothers and other folks in hard times don't need him. That is not the reason that they come here. The Trustee and creditors supply the condemnation, they have to. not us, it is not our job.

There is no person here who is without faults. Alot of businesses would never have succeeded if the person starting it hadn't filed BK at some point, just to get a new start. Personal BK is not cut and dried. As for Lightning, his immigrant statements solidified his stupidity in my mind. He truly is a stupid and sick person. He cannot offer an intelligent argument or support his positions ever. We all know how ugly he has turned on people. I will stomp his pea brained posts wherever they occur.

And if he shows up in any form I hope he will address me personally and not in his "I see quotes from dead presidents here..." stupidity.

What he really needs to do besides getting a life is to clean the windows in his glass house and take the rose colored film that is on them off. Nobody can be that naive.

Jane, the problem is that he attacks newbies. Alot of newbies here are desperate for answers. We have had people here discussing suicide and other really bad situations. That is why when he shows up you have to put the clamp on him right away and shut him down whether he is attacking the Guru's who can take it or the Moderators who are made of steel. He comes under many names, Mark234, Lightning, John234 and Fedler. Remember that when most of us came here it was fear of the unkown. Two and a half years ago when my BK started I was a wreck, even thinking of "offing" the Trustee's Attorney in the manner most people would think of it, not to the point of giving my weapon a name and cradling it for hours. Just desperate.

Newbies here are to be shielded unless they admit to absolute and intentional fraud, murder or some other crime.

This turkey was posting when I first joined, too. I am particularly protective of the "newbies" and those who are in an especially fragile state. I have been there. I was at one time considering suicide and the only reasons I didn't do it are, 1) my faith in God; 2) my family; 3) I'm a big chicken!

Some days I am more fragile than others. I hate that anyone has to go through this. My medical problems and all the stress have even caused my hair to fall out!! And one of my best features has always been my long, thick hair. Thankfully, it is growing back and my nerves are growing stronger.

For those of you who are new, we are here for you. Most of us are really decent, kind, and compassionate people. This guy just has some serious psychopathology!

My networth, is just enough to buy soup, bread, and diapers.

Wow, this ain't a very smart subject to brag about. My networth is just like it says on the petition your honor.
