As hub keeps pointing out that since hyperinflation is possibly coming bankruptcy may become a thing of the past. One hours worth of work in a few years will be enough to pay down one's debt so most will not need bankruptcy.

Why did it go off line without even a message?
THe best advice is to email all users that the site is back up.
Many good questions, and there have been no good answers. I'll reserve my thoughts and opinions because they would certainly get me banned.
I've been busy as well. All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.

I have to continue to remind those still in their illusion just who Obama hangs out with.
A Goldman Sachs thug by the name of Corzine who recently robbed (or "M.F. 'd") thousands of people and will probably get away with it.
Just like Bush and Hank Paulson of Goldman Sachs robbed millions of taxpayers and got away with it.The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government

Guilt by acquaintance. Didn't the tax payers get paid back and some? Who knew.
What about the mere mortals here who seek BK relief from paying back their creditors? Corzine gambled and lost. Schit happens.

I believe Corzine's firm went into the clients accounts, took their money and gambled and lost it on bad Euro debt. I am not an attorney so I honestly don't know if this is legal or not but it doesnt sound right to me.
I'm not crying for MF's creditors especially since most of them are big banks such as JPM Chase.
I just don't understand stealing clients money like they did and they get away with it.
This isn't the same as us mere mortals. The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government

I miss tobee and Pandora too. I haven't posted in a while. We're still out here. Maybe trying to tread water is exhausting all of us in this great grand depression. Moreover, the postings have been so helpful and educational from all of the generous members on this forum....that most of our questions have been answered. It seems like it's inert time...foreclosed homes are taking longer, court summons are taking longer, good paying jobs are rare...

Two other forums didn't like my advice concerning not opening probate when the estate of deceased relative is insolvent. One of them banned me for it. The other one threatened to ban me also for what they called "the unlicensed practice of law," but didn't follow through with it. I had to change my wording to, in essence, say what I did and what the creditors did, but then leave it at that and not connect the dots for the readers, to comply with their rules.
Another forum that was pro-debt collector banned me for advising people to use Google Voice to avoid debt collector calls. They hate Google Voice, by the way.The world's simplest C & D Letter:
"I demand that you cease and desist from any communication with me."
Notice that I never actually mention or acknowledge the debt in my letter.
