Is 1FBUSA 1st Financial Bank USA owned by the Mafia?

Hey,

I finally was able to get 1st Financial Bank USA to give me a principal payment program for the next 5 years with no interest... the operations manager I talked with (no names will be posted) seemed to have a slight New Jersey accent... I was wondering if it would be possible for this group to be a front for the Mafia or something? They're based out of South Dakota. They typically target young people with Credit Cards, etc... (Thus the interest starts at 19.95% interest).

I doubt that anyone here knows the answer to that question.

But, since debt collection is one of the main jobs for people who just got out of prison, it is a safe bet that anyone you talk to on the phone from a collection agency might be an ex-con.
