Another question. Exactly what is a Judgement, inre a CC company gets a judgement against you, haven't gotten one but it was never explained to me what this is. Well I'm 45 days since the 341, 15 to go, no objections yet, still nervous will be till the end. Thanks

Actually, I don't know where the statement comes from that they take jobs that Americans don't want. People with degrees are working for 7.00/hour at Target. I will tell you that they work you like a slave. I would never have believed it. My neighbor said the same thing (she works at Target). She said it is insane what they expect for 7.00/hour and that is after she pays 3.00 per gallon of gas to get there. She also has a business degree. I just think it is all about corporate greed. My MIL got her aarp magazine today and it talks about how companies are now doing away with healthcare that was promised to retirees. My dad is scared to death that his company will do away with their retirement drug coverage since George W. instituted medicare part D. Dad said he would be completely screwed then.

Its nuts out there, what can we do, the system has got to crash soon, the nation, whatever this is so f-ed up , $3/gallon gas go to work for $7 an hour , no insurance , whats up here, well educated people with no jobs, I think you can add colleges and universities to the whole corporate scam too. Lets see go to to college , by the time most of us graduate we're $100,000 in debt and can't find a job in our field. How long can this go on.

The only jobs we can find are in the Wal-marts, the targets , restaurants the local Exxon station, hell can't even afford to drive more than a few miles to find work, its not like the USA has any good commuter plans in place unless you live in the city or more populated subburbs, we are all about having our cars and the best of everything, but I think the truth is coming out now, we live beyond our means and our own society perpetuates that and continues to push it down or throats(via CC companies) , the average person has to go into debt just to live comfortably now, sooner or or later this BS has to be stopped, bankruptcy is an eye opener for me, and even though its not over yet I think I have seen what really matters, and what is really needed to live with a clear head, definitely one of the most important educational experiences of my life. I hope we can all learn to see the light.

Here is my new complaint. I have "discussed" on this board, how I cannot find a good paying job in my current field. I am now, starting nursing school in the fall. I have been doing loads of research. Our current administration is handing out many (and I do mean MANY, although I do not have statistics) immigration work visa's for foreign nurses to come to the US. I participate in a healthcare BB and am innundated with messages from foreigners how to get into US schools. Maybe I am taking this too far. I would not call this "outsourcing" but rather "insourcing". i.e. bringing in foreigners for jobs that Americans do not want (this is using George's words). Even doctor jobs are not safe. Radiology is now being outsourced to India. Indian doctors are cheaper. It is very easy, fast (and cheap) to "zap" your xray over to the other side of the world and back. Somebody will say that this is a good thing--that it will make healthcare costs go down. Sorry, but it will just line some exec's pocket. You will not see the savings. I am on a rant today about the US. Have never seen anything like it, and it is getting worse everyday.

I agree its totally out of control, seems to me that the US is a thing of the past, not what it was supposed to be when I was growing up, I guess the older you get the more you see through all the BS. Sad to say but thats the world we live in today. Its all about money and nothing else, people die because doctors are rewarded for keeping insurance costs down, people lose their jobs or have their hours cut to save $$, yet the cost of living rises daily, from what I hear we'll be paying over $3 a gallon for gas by memorial day, somethings gonna give somewhere.

I voted for Bush both times, however, I want to make a point about gas prices that not a lot of people are observing.

Gas, throughout the 1990's stayed around $1.00 a gallon. However, once Bush took office throughout the past 6 years, gas prices have skyrocketed.

Bush owns his own oil company, and is getting filthy rich off of this.

Coincidence? His American dream is coming true, but at what cost?!
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

Yes, and the American oil companies have the highest profits of any US company--ever. Imagine that.

Yes, GW has made sure his famly is "secure" for the future at the expense of our's!!

One thing is for sure - he won't take it with him when he leaves this world................ and God thinks no better of a rich man then he does a poor one.........

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

                            Michael Moore...Anyone?

I've only seen 1/2 hour of Farenheight/911 but WOW...he makes Bush look awful...I don't know what to say as I'm a reg. R, but why can't President Ford come back????? I might have been an impressionable child at that time, but I remember Nixon getting impeached & Ford coming in fr/MI, the state I'm from....unfortunately, Ford did not go to Michigan State, THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN, as the bumper sticker says...he went wolverine....bad Ford!

...but Bush...he just sat in Florida in a classroom close to where I was getting high (at that time) and didn't do a thing for 10 min. as the planes hit the WWTC?! Is that really what happened? He just kept reading a story w/no one to advise him on what to do??? Or, is M. Moore kidding us?

Did everyone see who Mr. Bush is meeting with today? Our trade deficit has hit an all time high. China's economy is growing by 10% a year. They now, own us. Personally, I am not buying anymore shit made in China. I am talking about the little doodads that say "made in china" on them. They vehicles are coming in supposedly 2008. I don't want to offend anyone, but I cannot stand Mr. Bush. He is a wealthy aristocrat completely out of touch with his so called "America". Actually, I don't care if I do offend someone, personally, I am damn tired of being politically correct!

I'm tired of being politically correct, too! Although I have always considered myself to be a Republican, I am less and less that each day. Our state's governor is cutting funds for tobacco cessation programs, vetoing bills that would support lower grocery taxes and higher cigarette taxes, but meanwhile supporting the casinos. It is a well-known fact that he is a tobacco lobbyist. Our officials are more concerned about padding their own bank accounts and boosting their already inflated egos.

                                But that's just my opinion!
