I'm getting junk mail nearly daily about my BK, and how all these people can 'help' me. Anyone can find out who your mortgage company is by looking it up on PACER. Maybe the guy is legit and just terribly aggressive, but he was in the wrong. Beware and be assertive. Wishing you well.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!

Exactly - just prior to filing I received a letter from the bank stating they were turning my account over to the foreclosure department and they had the 'right' to come into and inspect my house. BUT - there was no mention of doing it without my being there. Also, how in the world did they get in? I know that after I had some remodeling work done I changed the locks so how could someone get in unless they broke in?
