I got Props for being Cash Only!

I went to the doctor's yesterday, and had a 20 dollar bill and needed change for my co-pay. The receptionist didn't have change. She asked, "Do you have a credit card?" I said, "Nope. I got rid of those. I'm cash only." So I turn to the people in the waiting room and asked for change for a 20. A gentlemen said, "Yes, I have it for you. Good for you getting rid of your credit cards. Some day, I'm going to do that, too!"

If they only knew....

I got the feeling of the day of discharge...Being free, and not burdoned with "The Bills". It still feels good!

Yes cash is good! I own a business and I will discount for cash....NOT debit card or credit card or check, but cold hard cash. My dentist gives us a cash discount, and we just found an auto shop that discounts for cash.

cash rules!!! we do use our debit cards, which for us older folk was a bit difficult to get use to. but it's the ONLY way to go.

and it FEELS SO GOOD to live within your means and not worry!!
