Anyone recommend an OFFLINE budget program?

So - after searching for hours on end for a program that will do budgeting but OFFLINE - I've exhausted my search and found nada. I dont want a program that will link into my bank account information or anything of the sort (like most online products do); strictly looking for offline program.

    I've tried:

CommonCents (not free and is online)
    You Need A Budget (online)
    Pearbudget (stupid)
    Mint (online..not what I want)
    Duck something-or-other (also online)
    MS Money (pbbbbbffft nope)

...and quite a few others I cant recall at the moment. A few years ago I had a program that allowed you to enter in all of your bills, their respective due dates, then your income based on pay days, etc. From there it would automatically tell you based on due dates & pay days when to pay what, leaving you XX left over after each payday, equally.

Currently I've yet to find anything out there that will do this insofaras budgeting /debt software. I dont want to have to enter everything manually everytime I pay it / get paid, I'm just looking for something that can provide options as the old program did *above*, making the most out of each paycheck. (hope that makes sense) For the life of me I cannot remember what the program was and its driving me insane!

I've been doing it the "old fashioned way" - paper & pen - for over 20 years - 3 months at a time- as well as the envelope method. It works for us, but it would be nice to have the entire year done out all at one time as well as being able to edit, etc.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks
