what a mess....
i didn't get a chance to tell you...my daughter got that job......it was illegal stuff...mediaid fraud...terrible!!!...3 times her pay check bounced!!!!!!! and she's a Q & A Admin Ex.....she had to LEAVE ASAP.....got another job....less money and finds out yesterday she's being 1099 for the first time in her life!!! if it's not one thing it's another....
she called this morning freaked out!!!!!!! about paying taxes....getting no social security...and so on...so ... forth....ok...now i'm thinking...maybe this is NOT so bad...by the time she's ready to retire there may be no social security.....i suggested she take out an volunteer retirement account for tax deduction, put her anticipated taxes away in a seperate account...monthly, plus i reminded her she usually gets a HUGE refund...stop using that money for your savings!!!!!!!!...and also check with the state....since her job is a "mandated" position for the company to keep them open and operating....they may not be allowed to have someone that is mandatory as a contractor...but what do i know....
