When my ex and I filed for divorce neither one of us chose to pay for child support. My ex has since remarried and now has a new spouse with 3 kids. I pay for all our childs sports, medical expenses with no support I am not remairred can I re file for support? We make close to the same amount of money each year, If anything I might make a little more than him. We live in Missouri.

One can file for child support at anytime.
But if the parenting time is 50/50 physical and you make more than your ex, chances are you will end up paying him child support or no support will be ordered if it is close. But medical expenses and insurance will be addressed. You really should consult with a family law attorney in your area.
