Cram Down Time Table

Hello everyone -

Just got my signed confirmation letter from the judge today for C13. Question - how long does the bank have to do the actual "Cram Down" of my car loan?

Since its a ch 13 I would think when the 13 is complete and discharge issued.

Of course I could be way off here.

You will not get a lien release until shortly after the entry of your Discharge. Should you be unable to complete the Plan (dismissal or conversion) the entire contract balance is revived.
