i have posted this information on the florida discussion group area. i was hoping and thought it may be helpful to those looking in the main bkforum with reference to filing bk in florida.
for those of us living in florida, it can be quite confusing when attempting to figure out which means test to use. federal? state?
within many of the districts many of the counties within those districts use different income exemptions etc. resulting in different means test.
