WHY is it that most CSR's are complete idiots, impervious to comprehension of the English language and written word?! I will never again order from Borders bookstore. Charged twice for the same items...unauthorized 2nd charge from my account, have the transaction showing as much - and the CSR's dont get it?!
Convo with CSR:
Me: (after an hour on the phone, 4 separate emails, and a copy of my bank statement - all saying the same thing):
" Why and how is that so hard to understand that you charged me twice for the same item - and on 2 days apart from each other?! $XX amount was taken out on 11 Nov - and on 13 Nov... you again took out $XX. I've got 2 transactions and 1 wasnt authorized by me."
CSR: "thank you for using Borders - at this time we can refund you $XX if you care to return the item once received. You will however incur additional shipping charges to return said item."
Me: "OMFriggingGOD - are you that slow, really - 4 emails, 1 hour phone call, copy of my bank statement showing 2 separate charges by Borders...and you still arent grasping what you've done? I do not want to RETURN the item - I want my money back that you took out TWICE for this item - unauthorized charge in your possession - do you see it in front of you? $XX amount on 11 November - and another $XX on 13 November. What part arent you understanding here?!"
CSR: "you can return the item once you receive it but you'll have to pay for shipping."
