Another Payday Loan Question

These guys are hounding me!

We have 2 payday loans (at a place where you write a check for 2 weeks out and then they cash it) that have been returned 4 times by my bank account that is overdrawn.

My attorney said they would be included in my BK but what else can these people do to me? Can they have me arrested for writting a bad check? The amount totals $900.

My attorney said today I can give them his phone number b/c they are calling me almost every 3 hours on my cell and at work.

But I'm nervous....urgh

Do what your attorney says, they are a creditor now.

I had payday loans too and you should not worry another minute. They accepted your check as security on a loan. It's not the same as check for services or goods. It's not the same a writing a bad check.
